The Microx ProSafe SIL2 oxygen transmitter combines advanced zirconia sensor technology with SIL2-certified safety performance, offering highly accurate oxygen monitoring across an exceptionally wide measurement range, from ppm levels up to 23.5% Oโ.
Designed for both process control and personnel safety, the Microx ProSafe SIL2 features two independent measurement channels (dual range) for enhanced flexibility and redundancy. Its smart, pre-calibrated sensors store factory calibration data, enabling fast sensor replacement without the need for on-site recalibration, saving time and simplifying maintenance.
The systemโs current-limiting zirconia sensors ensure long operational life, even in challenging environments. A high-resolution low-range sensor provides exceptional accuracy near the process operating point, while integrated SIL-capable alarms support reliable oxygen threshold monitoring for critical safety management.
