Our Products
SENSORE Electronic's product range includes various types of oxygen sensors as well as multiple electronic modules in different versions for optimal sensor operation.
Wherever possible, both the sensors and the electronic modules can be modified and customized according to the customer's requirements.
If it is not possible to meet the customer's demands through modifications to existing products, a custom development of sensor housing designs and electronic components is always an option.

Sensors
At SENSORE-Electronic, in addition to the various sensor options, you can also find electronic modules in different configurations to optimize the operation of the sensors.
To meet your specific needs, both the sensors and electronic modules can be modified and customized whenever possible.
If modifying the existing products doesn't allow us to meet your requirements optimally, we are always ready to develop custom electronic components just for you.
For all types of sensors, there are various housing options available depending on the application and requirements.
Amperometric oxygen sensor
Amperometric oxygen sensors are characterized by the fact that the output signal of the sensor is an electrical current, which is defined by oxygen concentration of the environment.
The characteristic can thereby be represented as follows:

The oxygen sensor is characterized by very high accuracy and long life time.
Typical applications include medical applications (for example, oxygen concentrators), industry (e.g. protective gas processing), food and storage industry as well as measurement equipment.. Depending on the application for the optimal performance specific oxygen sensors are available with different measuring ranges.

Potentiometric oxygen sensor
Potentiometric oxygen sensors are characterized by the fact that the sensor signal is an electrical voltage, which is defined by ratio of partial pressures between measurement medium and a user-definable reference.The characteristic can thereby be represented as follows:

This sensor is characterized by its robustness, humidity resistance and long life time.
Typical applications are automatic cooking either in home appliance or professional equipment. and food transport (container). For this sensor type there is only one measuring range available which covers all possible oxygen concentration ranges.

Generic Sensor Board
„GSB“ (Generic Sensor Board) is a universal electronic module for all sensor types. It can be used both for controlling the amperometric and potentiometric sensors.
At this module, sensor temperature is precisely controlled to a constant temperature by microcontroller. The linearized output signal is available as a voltage signal (0-5V), current signal (4-20mA) or digital via RS232.

Compact Sensor Board
"CSB“ (Compact Sensor Board) is an affordable option to operate only the amperometric sensor at conditions with low temperature variation.
In this case the sensor heater is operated with constant voltage. The output signal is not linearized and is only available as a voltage signal (0-5V).

EDAB M1
“EDAB” is due to its size designed to allow for all connectivity options ., This electronic module is very flexible but only usable for amperometric sensors.
The sensor temperature is controlled by microcontroller to constant temperature. The evaluation of sensor signal is linearized and is available either as a voltage signal (0-5V) or digitally via RS232.

Software Kit
To evaluate sensor signal via PC and to change parameter setting of electronic module “EDAB” a program module incl. interface cable is available.
